Need to help a common man

The common man of the developing world is often made responsible for the backwardness of the developing world. The argument is based on the basis that it is the common man who always elects the corrupt politicians. This allegation is either based on a misconception or an intellectual dishonesty. A common man votes to a “known corrupt” because the “known corrupt” is the only source of help for a common man. Theses “known corrupt” are very often, if not always, successful to circumvent the system including the legal system which is the only source of help for a common man. Why does it happen and how could it be avoided? These are natural questions but the first need is to identify the real cause. We must stop blaming common man to shift the responsibility.
